Recycling materials are materials that are re-used, turned into other products or broken down into raw materials again. Because they can be recycled they return to the supply cycle.

The wastes known as “general recycling materials” in our industry mainly come from households and small businesses. Normally, iron scrap and non-ferrous metals do not form part of them.
